South Omaha Mural Project has a description of the mural on the website. The mural includes a legend of a snake goddess turned into a tree, holding hands for freedom from Russian oppression, workers and factories, fathers who ran the church and another who sponsored people to come. There are also celebrations and festivals, singers and dancers. The Lithuanians came to escape Russia, and most hoped to return, but that never happened. The mural also talks about the Lithuanian bakery.
