What's In This Blog

I created this blog for my journal. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In this blog I keep many of the things I come across as a member of the church. I also share my experiences on the ACE Train and getting to work, my experiences in Manteca where we have lived for three years, and other things I think are noticeable.

Indiana for Baseball

The boys were in the middle of end of year tournaments.  One boy is playing for the championship and two played their final games.  They are all young in their respective leagues and so often play outfield.  But they all like to hit the ball.  Jeremy's boys.

Me and Jeremy's Boys at the Train Museum, Elkhart, Indiana

The one thing you take away from the Elkhart Train Museum is that trains are loud.  The have a horn and a bell that kids can play with.  The boys had great fun at the museum.  Elkhart has a very significant history with trains, with a spot in Elkhart having 95 sets of rails.

Jeremy and I at Kirtland Temple

Pictures inside and out of the Kirtland Temple.  Jeremy and I traveled there this past summer.  This temple is not a working temple but is the first temple built in the latter-days.  It was recently purchased by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.  As part of the tour we sang "The Spirit of God" which was written for the dedication of this temple.
