Happy birthday to Me: One Year Older

I made it to one year older, catching up with all my classmates.  We had cake a few days before my birthday where I cot a blender and lemons.  We made lemon icees a couple days later.  Sheri made the cake and Miranda the frosting.  My favorite is spice cake with butterscotch frosting.  That is very addictive but once a year won't kill me.  On my actual birthday we attended a lecture on the Native American tribes of Nebraska and then went to dinner at PF Changs.  A fun few days. 

Five-Year-Old birthday boy

 Look who had a birthday last week.  His day we went to the zoo, swimming at the Lied Activity Center pool and had dinner and cake.  He chose homemade chicken noodle soup.  The cake was chocolate with an almond flavored frosting which was very good.

Our Birthday Girl

 We celebrated a one-year-old birthday this past week.  This girl is walking and even starting to talk.

Happy Birthday to Me

We gathered the week after my birthday for cake as we were traveling on my birthday.  I don't think there are enough candles in the house any more; but who's counting.  I like to count grand babies instead.  There were five over for cake; five of fourteen.

Tony and I at Denny's where I enjoyed free breakfast.  All the local kids and grand babies were over in the afternoon for dinner and cake.  Sheri made yellow cake.  They put six candles and then one candle on it.  I turned it so to me it looked like I was turning 16 again.  All of my siblings called. 

Sheri's Birthday

First part of May was Sheri's birthday.  I took off a little early so I could head to Walmart.  I got flowers, and Pioneer Woman dishes.  Sheri has been slowly getting more and more pioneer Woman items.  We did an unmatched set, plates and salad plates.
 

Mom's 89th Birthday

Mom was very happy with her birthday party.  She at times struggled with remembering who everyone was, and that she was 89, but it was a good day, and a good time.  It was good to see so many nieces nephews and loved ones.  Even Cassidy was there, at the end so not in pictures.  Five of mom's granddaughters are now pregnant, Rachelle, Amber, Linsey, Charity and Annie.

Tony's Eleventh Birthday at John's Incredible Pizza

This is part two of Tony's party.  In the video you can follow Tony and his orange beanie.  Matthew and Damon, friends from school, went with us to John's Incredible Pizza, a buffet pizza restaurant with arcade games.  It was cute the way the boys would take turns on the games, as often they were two-player games.
