What's In This Blog

I created this blog for my journal. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In this blog I keep many of the things I come across as a member of the church. I also share my experiences on the ACE Train and getting to work, my experiences in Manteca where we have lived for three years, and other things I think are noticeable.

Downtown Papillion, First Street Plaza, City Park

Papillion down town is very interesting with old buildings and historical plaques.  There is also the theme of butterflies, including a butterfly mural.  Throughout Papillion there are butterfly benches, and one is on Washington in this area.  There is also a nice flower garden, girl with butterfly statue and water feature.

Welcome to Omaha: Clarence Petersen Fields in Papillion

This is a baseball, softball park.  Papillion seems to have more than their share of ball fields.  Here there are two fields with another infield cutout for t-ball.  It also has a couple picnic gazebos and a playground.  There is a snack shack and restrooms.
