What's In This Blog

I created this blog for my journal. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In this blog I keep many of the things I come across as a member of the church. I also share my experiences on the ACE Train and getting to work, my experiences in Manteca where we have lived for three years, and other things I think are noticeable.

Indian Grinding Rock State Park: Day Trip

For the day off, July 3 this year we took a day trip to Indian Grinding Rock State Park.  I have been wanting to go there for some time, and we finally had a chance.  Many interesting things to see in the museum, with a California map of Indian territories, weapons, cradle boards, village display etc.  The park included a round house and a Miwok village.  This included a granary and shelters.  The shelter were made from tree bark.
