This rest area is at mile marker 17 on the I80 in Iowa. It appears to be an older and smaller rest area. There is no theme that I could see.

Council Bluffs Visitors Center
Returning home from the Kanesville Visitor Center I noticed the Council Bluffs Visitor Center so decided to stop. I loaded up on lots of pamphlets about places to see in Council Bluffs. It is on the corner of S Exprressway St. and 23rd Ave., not far from the freeway entrance to the 80. It is called Unleash Council Bluffs, Iowa--Convention and Visitors Bureau.
