Me on the Chuckwalla in Kingman

 There is a large chuckwalla statue in Kingman.  A chuckwalla is a lizard reaching 12-18 inches with the tail that lives in the desert around Kingman.  This chuckwalla has a metal frame and is made of concrete with bronze and Italian glass.  It is sculpted by Solomon Bassoff and Domenica Mottarella (Faducci).  I have tried to do a sefie but it never worked, but was lucky to have someone take the picture.

Welcome to Omaha: "Jazz" Sculpture in Omaha

 This sculpture is near Lake and 24th (actually Lizzie Robinson).  Sculptor Littleton Alston.  There is a nice sitting area with this sculpture called "Jazz."  At the corner of 24th and Lake is mentioned in the song  Omaha Blues.

San Jose Artwork

This set includes a metal horse, and a San Jose Sharks mural.  The horse is on Bascom Ave. close to San Carlos, and the mural is close to the San Fernando light rail station.  And then a few from the downtown area, including statue from the front of the art museum, Quetzalcoatl statue and a mural in the down town area.

The Dublin Arch

I met Jesse's folks in Dublin when he was returning home.  At the corner of Hopyard and Dublin Blvd (close to Camp Parks.) There is the strangest art.  To me it looks like the Natural Bridges and Bridges National Monument in Utah, although not quite as big.  It also has an interesting twist you can see when closer-up.
