What's In This Blog

I created this blog for my journal. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In this blog I keep many of the things I come across as a member of the church. I also share my experiences on the ACE Train and getting to work, my experiences in Manteca where we have lived for three years, and other things I think are noticeable.

Welcome to Omaha/Bellevue: Gallagher Park in Omaha

Gallagher Park is across from Benson High School in North Omaha.  It has a spray pad, and a swimming pool with a small slide.  It has a ball diamond and a basketball hoop.  The cross country team from the high school ran through while I was there.  The south east corner is under construction.

Willa Cather Branch, Omaha Library

I visted the Willa Cather Library at Center and 42nd for a lecture on Hispanic culture history in Omaha.  I found the library rather plain with no dignificant artwork.  It is a library dedicated to Spanish culture and there are many books in Spanish.

Tech High School/Omaha School District Administration

I took Tony to the school administration office to complete his job process to help with the volleyball team at Buena vista High School.  I saw some pretty neat statues and art outside the building.
