Restaurant Review: Strings Italian in Manteca

Sheri and I visited Strings restaurant last summer and I have meant to write a post about our experience.  This is not a post about the grand reopening on North Main Street.  It wasn't terribly positive.  I ordered the pork Gorgonzola.  I discovered I don't care for Gorgonzola.  I also ordered gnochis, and discovered the fried them, which made them too dry for my taste.  I must admit, I took them home, and after being in the fridge and then microwaved they tasted better.  Sheri had better luck with her order.  The Strings closed shop by Walmart in Manteca, and are moving to North Main Street.  Hopefully they turn out better than they were.
