Ace Train 39: Sunrise from Altamont and Julian Street Inn Murder

Another tragedy along the ACE route.  A bit more than a month ago there was a murder at Julian Street Inn, the homeless shelter by the Shark Arena.  I leaned about this as a couple weeks ago I had a homeless individual at work, and all the shelters were full as JSI was closed due to the murder.  I think it has now reopened.
