What's In This Blog

I created this blog for my journal. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. In this blog I keep many of the things I come across as a member of the church. I also share my experiences on the ACE Train and getting to work, my experiences in Manteca where we have lived for three years, and other things I think are noticeable.

Welcome to Kingman: Radar Hill

Radar Hill can be seen from all sides of Kingman.  I fully thing that from over 90 percent of Kingman you can catch a glimpse of Radar Hill.  Today the hill has a couple buildings and cell phone towers.  During the cold war it housed a An Air Force radar station of part of a defensive program.  The hill is positioned such that cell tower signal is provided to all sides of Kingman.  Today the hill can be seen but it is no accessible to the public.  I understand there is a Christmas tree on the hill during the holidays.
