The Facade of the Oakland Temple

There is something happening at the Oakland temple.  There is something being done differently in the front, and currently their is no access to the roof gardens.  I have heard that they are making a waterfall coming off the temple.  I would like to know if this is true.

    Alan Chipman Yes, my understanding is that they are restoring the waterfall that used to be there.
