San Jose's Hula Hoop Tunnel

This is one of the strangest things I have ever seen.  It is a tunnel of lighted hoops, which is located in front of the San Jose City Building.  It follows the sidewalk.  I was in about the middle, by the street crossing.  This was afternoon so it doesn't show very well.
