The Dublin Arch

I met Jesse's folks in Dublin when he was returning home.  At the corner of Hopyard and Dublin Blvd (close to Camp Parks.) There is the strangest art.  To me it looks like the Natural Bridges and Bridges National Monument in Utah, although not quite as big.  It also has an interesting twist you can see when closer-up. 

You can see the twist looking at the arch from the end and close up.

Looks more like an arch from the side.
