Recipe: English Toffee

Sheri says she got this recipe from my mother, and who know where she got it. 

In electric fry pan

2 cubes real butter
1 c sugar
3 tbsp water

cook on 400, stir until it looks like  peanut butter
place on wax paper, put hersheys chocolate bar on top which will melt from the heat.
sprinkle with chopped walnuts

 Let cool, cut/break into pieces when cool
