Scheduling will make for greater likelihood of doing. The goal is to eventually workout over a half our most days of the week. 3. Slowly increase time and intensity. Don't start too fast. An injury is a good way to ruin an exercise plan. 4. Find an exercise partner. 5. Keep a work out journal. Recording and reporting, if only to yourself, can be motivating.
