Oat Bran. It is true what the boxes of Cheerios and Quaker say, these are heart healthy snacks. Somehow oatmeal can block the absorption of cholesterol in you stomach.
Finally grapefruit is good for lowering cholesterol. Just be careful as grapefruit can hinder the absorption of some medicines.
